This is Flatiron Steel’s most economical metal roofing system. With clean and traditional lines, this panel delivers quality and versatility that is unmatched for the price by any other 40-year roofing material in the industry.

This exposed fastener panel covers 36” after overlap with 9” on center ribs that are ¾” in height. Formed at Flatiron Steel’s facility, this panel is cut to length and available in just 1-2 days.

A sturdy commercial grade product that can free-span between purlins up to 5 feet. The PBR panel has a full under lap purlin leg and a five-degree over bend on the overlap creating an anti-siphon groove for a waterproof system at low slopes. This Panel is made standard in 26 gauge, can be cut to length, and is available in 1-2 day’s.

Minimum Roof Slope: 1:12

This unique corrugated panel design can give a project a distinctive and refined appearance. The 7/8” Corrugated Panel has a single overlap system for vertical applications and a double overlap system for roofing applications, both are accompanied by a waterproofing anti-siphon groove for excellent water tightness. This panel is cut to length, made in many gauges, colors, and material types including Cor-Ten, and is available in 5-10 business days.

Minimum Roof Slope: 3:12

This hidden fastener panel system is similar in look and design to tongue and groove wood paneling. Soffit is used on the underside of roof overhangs, on interior ceilings, or porch overhangs. This panel is unique because it can be produced in many different material types including copper and is a great element to an interior design project.

Most Common Use: Residential and Agricultural (Interior and Exterior).
Minimum Roof Slope: Not designed for use on a traditional roofing surface.
Attributes: Tongue and groove design element, Can be vented or solid.
